That's why we're thrilled to share that Profilage, as part of the Manufacturing Cluster of the Taylor Smith Group (alongside Aqualia Ltd, Aqualia Services, and Duraco Ltée), recently participated in an intensive Lean Management workshop with ACPE inc!

This collaborative two-day workshop was a powerful step forward for our teams. We dove deep into Lean Six-Sigma principles, with a clear objective: to align our understanding of processes, identify inefficiencies, and pinpoint areas for improvement. It was all about strategically focusing our efforts on activities that directly contribute to our company's goals and, most importantly, enhance the value we deliver to you, our valued customers.

What did we focus on?

- Process Mapping: Gaining a clear visual of our workflows to identify opportunities.

- Actionable Planning: Developing concrete strategies to eliminate waste and boost efficiency.
