Having been with the Taylor Smith Group for seven years, Kelly's career path is a testament to the power of human connection. She believes that the most rewarding part of her job comes from the simple act of helping people. "It's small actions we do which create a positive impact for the team," she says. Kelly joined the manufacturing cluster just two years ago, but she's quickly become a key figure in our workplace. While she didn't create our unified and inclusive work environment, she has become an essential bridge builder within our team.
